Randy Vogelzang
Board Member
Randy Vogelzang is a member of The Joseph Project’s Board of Directors.
Randy is an attorney and mediator with over 40 years of legal experience in the corporate, education, and nonprofit sectors. After graduating from Valparaiso University Law School (J.D.), he worked in private practice as an associate attorney and soon joined Verizon Communications, serving over 30 years in numerous positions, including, Attorney, Senior Attorney, Chief Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Assistant Secretary and Vice President and General Counsel.
Randy is currently a member of the State Bars of Michigan, Texas (inactive), and Indiana (inactive). He is also a member of the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan; the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals; and other local bar associations.
Randy completed dispute resolution training through Peacemaker Ministries and served as a mediator in the state of Texas. He recently retired as Legal Counsel and Director of Gift Planning at Calvin University, his undergraduate alma mater.
